Scammer Scam Name of LinkSquare which is situated beside Cubosquare:
A man by the name of Ashfaq. On February 2, 2023, a scammer called him. The con artist claims to be phoning from LinkSquare which is situated beside CuboSquare beside there was not such office called LinkSquare. We have been surprise to see the con artist have used a name linksquare which is sound similar to cubosquare.
And we don’t know how he has retrieved the code from Google My Business and how come he has his business showing live in google my business. Google my business should do a thorough process to check who is applying for and if they are literally situated here.
The series of the 5th floor offices is 501,502,503………..520 this is the series of the office. He is mention only office no 3 this is how the con artist has played.
This Con Artist is Offering a loan.
where he ask people to pay the sum amount of 5000 rs to process the documents, he promises all fake nonsense, Mr. Ashfaq or anyone should understand that this is not how a bank or any money lender offers a loan, there is proper process for all that, anyway we have ask Mr. ashfaq to file a complaint in cyber police department in bkc.
We will also file a complaint against this incident as well a incident complaint to Google my business about the same. Cyber crime is increasing day by day, Cyber crimes in India rise 6% a year in 2021 in 2023 it rises to 18%. Beware India.
